All products sold by Chubby Rabbit Labs LLC ("CRL") are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory and research purposes only. These products are not offered for food, drug, cosmetic, veterinary, agricultural, or household use. By purchasing from CRL, the buyer represents and warrants that they are a qualified researcher and that all products will be handled in a lawful research context.

CRL makes no representations regarding biological outcomes, wellness outcomes, or suitability for any non-research application. Nothing on this site constitutes medical, veterinary, or consumer-use advice.
All prices are in USD. Cart submission is an order request, not a completed sale. Approved orders are invoiced after stock review. Available payment methods and payment instructions are provided on the official invoice. CRL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order request at its sole discretion.
Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer at the time of shipment. CRL currently ships only within the United States. $10 domestic shipping below $150. Free domestic shipping at $150 or more. Processing: 1–2 business days. Delivery: 3–7 business days. Timing begins after payment and stock confirmation. CRL will re-ship at no additional cost any domestic order confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, one time per order.
Due to the research-grade and cold-chain nature of our products, all sales are final. CRL does not accept returns. Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chubby Rabbit Labs LLC, Pebbles Holdings LLC, and their respective officers, agents, and successors from any claim, liability, fee, cost, or loss arising from buyer's use, misuse, or misrepresentation of any product purchased from CRL.
CRL's total liability to any buyer for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. CRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fremont County, Wyoming.
CRL reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
