CRL currently ships only within the United States. Orders are reviewed for stock before invoicing and fulfillment release.
$10 domestic shipping below $150. Free domestic shipping at $150 or more. Processing: 1–2 business days. Delivery: 3–7 business days. Timing begins after payment and stock confirmation.
Orders confirmed lost in transit by the domestic carrier will be reshipped one time at no additional cost. Contact us with your order number to initiate a carrier review. We do not reship based solely on non-receipt claims without prior carrier investigation.
Handling notes are limited to research-lab receipt context and do not create documentation or testing claims.
Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment for all orders. US warehouse orders use USPS Priority, UPS, or a comparable domestic carrier.
